Registration Policy
The Registration Waiver & Release form must be filled out completely prior to participation in any
activity at Journey Gymnastics. Complete registration includes the Registration Waiver & Release
From, session payment, the annual $35 registration fee.

The quick & easy registration process
1. Look over the class schedules choose a class or classes.
3. Complete the registration by coming in, dropping off or signing a completed
registration waiver and release form and submitting payment including the annual
registration fee !

4. Come to class on the chosen day(s) and time(s).
2. Download, fill out, submit & or return the registration, waiver & release form! The
registration form can be filled out electronically and submitted via e-mail. If you submit a
